Guitar – Voice
I was born in Genova in 1990, fully immersed in bluegrass and music in general since my early childhood. Silvio, my father, always took me along on Red Wine’s journeys through Europe and the US, and finally, at the age of nine, he taught me how to play the banjo.
I started playing acoutic guitar a few years later, while developing an interest towards other music genres: among the others, I would listen to Led Zeppelin, the Eagles, Toto and Genesis. In high school I played electric guitar in a rock/pop band.
Finally, in 2008, a childhood dream came true: Martino and Silvio asked me to join Red Wine. Since then, I’ve also studied music theory, classical guitar and piano. Besides Red Wine, I often perform in a duo with guitar player Bacci del Buono and recorded a record with folk singer Carlotta Risso.
